Shopping at Cinebling.com is easy. Once you have found the product you want to buy, select any options (if applicable) and then add the item to your shopping bag. From there, you can choose to continue shopping or go to checkout.

You can pay via Paypal – you don’t need an account to do this.

If you prefer to pay by card over the telephone, you can call us on +44 (0) 1924 682148 during standard business hours and we will take your order that way. The phones are staffed Mon-Fri 0900-1700 UK time.

Once you have finished shopping - click on the checkout button. You will then be taken through a simple checkout, and then to Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to use this service, and we never see your credit card details. For more information on Paypal, click here.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and Paypal. You do not need an account to use Paypal. Paypal currently process all our card payments as well, because they are one of the safest methods of processing payment – we don’t ever receive your card details.

To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been accepted you will see the order acknowledgement including your order number on your screen. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you have provided. We’ll keep you updated with emails at each step of the process, so you know what’s happening with your order.

At Cinebling, we think that great jewellery should last a lifetime. All orders are sent out in a gift box, with a velvet pouch for storage and a jewellery care cloth. Orders are shipped in a padded envelope.

Great care is taken to ensure your jewellery is well protected on its journey to you and that it arrives safely.

We currently use FSC responsibly sourced packaging, and are working on using only recycled and plastic free materials. 

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. On the rare occasiona that an item is damaged, please contact us on [email protected] or call us on +44 (0) 1924 682148 as soon as possible with your order number and damaged items to hand.

We use recycled silver and gold as much as possible. Jewellery should be worn and loved, not sit in a drawer!

If recycled materials are specifically requested, this is no problem. We can arrange for your metal to be included in a casting pour, by adding your metal as accents to designs or by purchasing recycled silver and gold from our supplier. There may be some additional expense involved as such bullion often involves additional manufacturing costs.

Yes!

It is illegal to deal in stones that may have been involved in conflict since the Kimberly Process was introduced. Where possible, metal and stones will also be Fair Trade and/or Fair Mined.
