Returns and Refunds Policy

The legal stuff: 

Cinebling Limited complies within the UK distance selling regulations, which mean we must give you 30 days to return your items. Our policy lasts 90 days, because we want everyone to be happy with their jewellery, and hey - life happens! (There are so many movies to watch, or is that just us...?)

Sometimes things don't quite work, and we understand that. If you need to return something, we want to make it as easy as possible.

If your jewellery is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging, we will offer a refund, no questions asked.

Sorry, but we can't offer refunds on the below items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or bespoke pieces
  • Earrings - due to hygiene reasons. On the rare occasion that the earrings are faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement ASAP. Just email [email protected] and we will send you a pre-paid (aka FREE to you) return label.

Show me the money! - Refunds

Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order. If you received the item as a gift, we will happily exchange your jewellery for another piece of the same value.

In the below situations, we may issue a partial refund: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

Unfortunately, if more than 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items (if applicable):
We're happy to accept returns of sale items, but they will only be refunded at the (sale) price paid at the time of purchase.


Let us know if your item was received as a gift when you email us to request your returns label. Just email [email protected] and we will send you a pre-paid (aka FREE to you) return label. We'll then give you a gift certificate for the value of the item.
